Frequently Asked Questions Q. Can you build me a custom machine? A. Yes. We will meet with you to discuss your custom machine needs and costs involved. We also understand the importance of cost when designing and building of your custom machine. Q. Where can I see a machine in operation? A. At our facility by appointment if it is a standard piece of equipment we build. A. At an existing customer's facility who is not a direct competitor to you. A. You can not see your custom equipment before it is built but we quite often design and build a test rig to prove concept before designing and building an entire machine. If a test rig is built you can view and operate it here in our facility. Q. Can I lease a machine? A. Yes, please contact us to discuss your leasing options. Q. Who sets up my equipment? A. You do. Most equipment is tested in our facility. Once delivered to you it may only require connection in your facility. Q. Who services my equipment? A. You do. Our machines are built using "off the shelf" commercial parts, making it easy for you to perform in house service. |
